4、ade to the ESG Reporting Guide as described in Appendix C2 of the Listing Rules and Guidance set out by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited(“HKEX”).The Group complied with all the“comply or explain”provisions set out in the ESG Reporting Guide.Climate-related disclosures are aligned with the Tas

5、k Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures(“TCFD”)framework.This ESG report covers the Groups overall performance in two subject areas,namely,Environmental and Social aspects of its business operations in various cities in the Peoples Republic of China(the“PRC”),namely Guangzhou and Puer,from
