4、 to the ESG Reporting Guide as described in Appendix C2 of the Listing Rules and Guidance set out by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited(“HKEX”).Climate-related disclosures are aligned with the Task Force on Climate-Related Financial Disclosures(“TCFD”)framework.This ESG report covers the Groups

5、 overall performance in two subject areas,namely,Environmental and Social aspects of its business operations in various cities in the Peoples Republic of China(the“PRC”),namely Guangzhou and Puer,from 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2023(the“Reporting Period”),unless otherwise stated.In addition,this

6、ESG report also includes the social performance of its retail locations in Chengdu,Hefei,Henan,and Xian in the PRC.However,since the abovementioned locations have insignificant environmental impact,their environmental performance are not considered to be within the reporting scope of this ESG report
