3、or client retention.Fully utilize Existing ToolsBefore you buy something new and shiny,make sure youre fully utilizing what you have now.A good house is built on a solid foundation,not sand or mud.When add-ons or AI implementations underperform,its often less about the technology and more about how
4、its deployed and integrated.Tools are not sentientthey execute what theyre designed and instructed to do.The value comes from thoughtful design,configuration,and adoption.Ai is great and you should use it where you can,but its not a replacement-its a force multiplier.Consolidate and streamline your
5、stack to avoid redundancy,which dilutes value and complicates KPI measurement.For example,in a previous company they had every marketing automation tool youve ever heard of.The red one the purple one,the blue one,the orange one,and a couple minor supporting ones.Rapid acquisitions lead to this state
