5、.Both fresh and frozen lamb storage results in less than ideal outcomes on color stability and product oxidation,resulting in economic losses and reduced consumer appeal.Determine if an unconventional cold storage method is a viable storage alternative to conventional fresh and frozen ground lamb pr
