4、sponding.This years SITA Baggage IT Insights Report shows that baggage handling is not just keeping pace but steadily improving.Even with an 8.2%increase in passenger traffic,the baggage mishandling rate dropped to 6.3 bags per 1,000 passengers,down from 6.9 the year before,an 8.7%improvement.Thats
