2、along with its subsidiaries(collectively,the“Group”or“we”)adheres to the Environmental,Social and Governance Reporting Guide(the“ESG Reporting Guide”)as set out in Appendix C2 to the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited(the“Hong Kong Stock Exchange”,or

3、“HKEX”).The Report describes the progress of the ESG efforts made by the Group from January 1,2024 to December 31,2024,(the“Reporting Period”),with the aim of providing a comprehensive picture to the stakeholders in addition to its financial performance.The scope of this report encompasses the Group

4、s operations within the offices and facilities located in the mainland of the Peoples Republic of China(“PRC”)and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region(“Hong Kong”)This Report is prepared in accordance with the relevant provisions based on principles of materiality,quantitative,balance and con

5、sistency.Heres how the Group applies these principles in the ESG Report:報告準則、期間、範圍及原則本環境、社會及管治（環境、社會及管治）報告（本報告）乃由硬蛋創新（以下簡稱 本公司）及其附屬公司（統稱 本集團 或 我們）根據香港聯合交易所有限公司（香港交易所）證券上市規則附錄C2所載環境、社會及管治報告指引（環境、社會及管治報告指引）編製。本報告闡述本集團自2024年1月1日至2024年12月31日止年度（報告期間）實施環境、社會及管治措施取得的進展，務求讓持份者全面了解本集團財務表現以外的事宜。本報告涵蓋本集團於中華人民
