2、lobal COVID-19 pandemic in 2020,affecting every aspect of peoples lives.Countries locked down,events were cancelled,people quarantined,and public spaces of all sorts were closed around the world for months.Like so many others,our team members faced sweeping and abrupt changes in their personal and p
3、rofessional lives,yet quickly shifted to work remotely and navigate the new reality impacting our consumers,our retail and distributor partners,and our Company.We immediately enacted a strategic game plan focused on several key priorities,starting with the health and safety of our team members and c
4、onsumers around the globe.We closed offices and stores and implemented health and safety best practices but were able to remain operational and“open for business”thanks to the grit,determination,and agility of our team.We also took action to support the communities in which we live and work.Our Chac
5、o brand converted its ReChaco facility,which creates custom sandals and recycles and refurbishes sandals for the brands passionate fans,to produce protective masks at a time of need.In total,we donated more than 35,000 masks to local hospitals and thousands of pairs of footwear to healthcare workers
6、 and first responders,and our foundation contributed to several organizations supporting relief efforts.poSItIonInG For GroWtH At the onset of the pandemic,we prioritized cash flow,liquidity,and profitability to enable the Company to emerge financially strong and capable of investing in an accelerat
