1、December 2006To Our ShareholdersIn fiscal 2006,TCC continued to make progress expanding into markets with our military network and radio encryptors and our CipherTalk wireless products for commercial enterprise and government agency customers.Sales revenues for the year increased approximately 4%whe
2、n compared with the previous year,but did not reflect the new product growth we are pursuing.Extended evaluation periods for certain key competitive programs have delayed product procurement for several anticipated orders,but we expect that certain of these procurements will be awarded beginning in
3、fiscal 2007.In support of these new program opportunities and new products,TCC continued to maintain a high level of investment in internal product development.For the fiscal year ended September 30,2006,the Company reported revenues of$3,897,000 as compared to$3,721,000 for the previous year.Income
4、 for fiscal year 2006 was a net loss of$(94,000)or$(0.07)per share,as compared to a net loss of($30,000)or($0.02)per share in fiscal 2005.As we highlighted in last years letter,TCC believes that there is an emerging requirement for security in the cellular communications mar-ket.Theft of communicati
5、ons information is a growing problem as devices and methods for intercepting over-the-air transmissions become more widely used.TCCs family of CipherTalk Secure Wireless devices and applications is designed to offer high,end-to-end security for the commercial,private and government markets.This secu
6、rity comes from the use of both the public Advanced Encryption Standard(AES)and proprietary TCC encryption algorithms,which offer robust protection of sensitive communications information.The CipherTalk wireless product line grew during 2006 to include the CT-8000 voice security system,which is now
