3、rojects located in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia and the Mindanao region of the Philippines,with a combined 2.7Moz JORC Resource inventory across these two projects and a strong exploration and resource growth pipeline.The Company is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange(Ticker:

4、RED)with around 3,700 shareholders and has a strong institutional shareholder base.Following the successful acquisitions of the operating Darlot Gold Mine and the nearby King of the Hills(KOTH)Gold Project in October 2017,Red 5 has progressed a production ramp-up at these operations and delivered a

5、substantial increase in Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves with clear visibility to increase mine life further through the conversion of additional Mineral Resources to Ore Reserves,new discoveries and potential bolt-on acquisitions in the region.To this end,Red 5 is pursuing a substantial explorati

6、on campaign both at Darlot and KOTH.Through its Philippine-affiliated company Greenstone Resources Corporation,the Red 5 Group holds an interest in the Siana Gold Project,located on the island of Mindanao in the Philippines,which is held under a Mineral Production Sharing Agreement(MPSA).Mining oper
