1、Who We Are:We,Gladstone Commercial Corporation,are a public real estate investment company traded on Nasdaq.Our common stock trades under the symbol GOOd.Our two classes of preferred stock currently trade under the symbols GOOdP and GOOdO.Nasdaq has notified us that these symbols will change to GOOd

2、.P and GOOd.O,respectively,on september 1,2010.We pay monthly distributions to our stockholders.WhAt We Do:As a real estate investment trust,or REIT,we seek to invest in and own net leased industrial and commercial real property and to selectively make long-term industrial and commercial mortgage lo

3、ans.As of December 31,2009,we owned 64 properties totaling 6,304,159 square feet located in 20 states.These properties consist primarily of office,warehouse,industrial,commercial,medical and manufacturing facilities.Our principal investment objectives are to generate cash from rents and interest pay

4、ments so that we can make monthly distri-butions to our stockholders.Our primary strategy to achieve our investment objectives is to invest in and own a diversified portfo-lio of leased industrial and commercial real estate that we believe will produce stable cash payments to us and increase in valu

5、e over time.We expect to sell some of our real estate assets from time to time when we determine that doing so would be advan-tageous.We also expect to occasionally make mortgage loans secured by income-producing commercial or industrial real estate,which may have some form of equity participation.o
