5、0029用於治療脫髮及痤瘡。普克魯胺(GT0918)普克魯胺(GT0918)是有潛力成為同類最佳藥物的第二代AR拮抗劑。我們目前開發普克魯胺用於治療COVID-19、mCRPC及AR+轉移性乳腺癌。Hedgehog/SMO抑制劑(GT1708F)Hedgehog/SMO 抑 制 劑(GT1708F)是 一 種hedgehog信號轉導途徑抑制劑。我們現正研發GT1708F主要用於治療特發性肺纖維化(IPF)及血液腫瘤。OVERVIEWWe are a clinical-stage novel drug developer in China focused on the diseases with
