3、 Report”)of Century Group International Holdings Limited(the“Company”or“Century Group”)and its subsidiaries(collectively,the“Group”).The Board of Directors(the“Board”)is responsible for the Groups ESG strategy and reporting,and endeavours to ensure that appropriate and effective ESG risk management

4、and internal control systems are in place.Century Group is committed to annually report on its sustainability programme,including both qualitative and quantitative information about its economic,environmental and social impacts and initiatives in a transparent and accountable manner.Its sustainabili
