6、)in physical stores.Store visits tend to be driven by sensory considerations(60%),urgency(58%)and cost with 52%seeking out sales or promotions and 49%avoiding shipping costs.(See Chart 1.)Nearly half of shoppers(45%)are buying via standalone online stores or the websites of their favorite retailers
