2、lf of the worlds population heads to the polls this year1,including in 23 of the 44 markets covered in this survey,the year seems to represent one of potential global change and opportunity.While the role and significance of upcoming elections this year varies across countries,for many markets the r
3、esults of the elections promise to have a significant impact on the issues that matter most to Gen Zs and millennials around the world,and respondents outlook for the social and political situations in their countries reflects that ambiguity.But in many ways,this years survey findings reveal that Ge
4、n Zs and millennials see green shoots of optimism for the year ahead.Many believe that the economic picture in their countries will improve over the next year,and that this will have a positive impact on their own personal finances.And,despite concerns seen in last years survey that employers might
5、backtrack on workplace progress as they faced economic uncertainty,this years findings reveal that respondents feel their employers have continued to make incremental progress since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic in areas such as work/life balance;flexibility at work;societal impact;diversity,eq
