3、VPET）。2022 年，首版中瑞职业教育白皮书概述了瑞士和中国的职业教育与培训体系，并展示了瑞士企业在中国开展的部分职业教育与培训项目。第二版中瑞职业教育白皮书在此之上更进一步。白皮书通过采访多家活跃在中国的瑞士企业，重点介绍了瑞士职业教育在中国不断变化的行业需求和技能提升需求中所发挥的作用。白皮书还阐述了瑞士企业希望继续深化职教合作的领域，以及企业在华开展职教合作所面临的挑战。事实上，瑞士职业教育与培训体系的成功源于企业体系化的责任。在瑞士，企业主导学徒课程的开发。本白皮书充分表明，瑞士企业在中国也承担了类似责任。通过在华实施技能型项目，瑞士企业为中国缩小劳动力技能差距和培养面向未来的人才
