5、SSAGE FROM THE PRESIDENT OF NLMK1Looking back at 2010,I can confidently say that it was a successful year for NLMK.The Company posted record steel production levels of 11.5 million tonnes.Sales revenues were up 36%.EBITDA margin was 28%,and around 40%over the last 10 years.In 2010 we continued to in

6、vest into the development and expansion of low-cost steelmaking operations in Russia.One of our key investment projects is the new blast furnace at the Lipetsk site.We are also working on developing our steelmaking facilities.This will allow us to increase our steelmaking capacities to 12.4 million
