2、nges,we stayed true to our purpose of changing the world one life at a time and once again delivered very strong educational and employment outcomes.While the poor economy was everyones story,the uncertainty surrounding new regulatory rules was a chapter unique to the for-profi t education market.On

3、ce those debates had ceased and reg-ulatory changes were implemented by the Department of Education,UTI was ready to move forward.These deep regulatory changes and strong macroeconomic head-winds put negative pressure on the business,but they did not steer us off course.Our investments in new and in

4、novative curriculum and campus models returned impressive results as our Dallas/Fort Worth facility concluded its first year of operation.We also saw significant improvement in the percentage of graduates getting jobs in the industry a critical measure of our success.Further,to address a changing la

5、ndscape,we began to lay the groundwork for reimagining our approach to student marketing and recruitment,enabling us to better attract and serve those students who are looking to fulfi ll their dreams of a technical career.So in telling the story of Fiscal 2011,we tell one of two parallel paths:On t
