2、ested our strength and resiliency,reaffirmed ourdeep commitment to our students and,in manyways,accelerated our transformation.We started the year strong.By mid-fiscal 2020,we had achieved our seventhconsecutive quarter of new student start growth,continued to grow revenue and profitability yearover

3、 year,and raised$49.5 million in capitalto support new growth initiatives.We were gainingmomentum and well on our way to an outstandingyear when COVID-19 shut down the world.Yet true to form,our team and students rallied.We swiftly transformed our solely in-personeducation model to a blended format,

4、allowingstudents to complete classroom learning online,transformed our campuses to deliver hands-ontraining in safe,CDC-compliant labs,and foundinnovative ways to connect with and supportcurrent and prospective students.Early in the fourth quarter,we began to emergefromtheturmoil.Newstudentinquiries

5、,enrollments,start volumes and show rates grew steadily and,atthecloseofthefiscalyear,wehadmorestudentsin school than at the end of fiscal 2019.Our graduates continue to be in demand.They arestarting careers in stable,essential industries,and UTI is financially strong and well-positionedfor the futu
