2、s.What We Do:As a REIT,we seek to invest in and own net-leased industrial,commercial and retail real estate properties.We own 96 properties,located in 23 states,totaling approximately 10.6 million square feet of rental space.These properties consist of office,warehouse,industrial,medical,retail and

3、manufacturing facilities.Our principal investment objectives are to generate cash from rents so that we can make monthly distributions to our stockholders.Our primary strategy to achieve our investment objectives is to own a diversified portfolio of leased industrial,commercial and retail real estat
