3、 past fi scal year,the national debate on healthcare reform resulted in the passage of the Patient Protection and Aff ordable Care Act.With 1,083 pages of legislation in the fi nal bill to interpret and implement,this legislation marks the beginning of the reform process,not the end.We applaud the e

4、ff ort to provide security and stability to those who currently have health insurance and coverage to those who dont.But we also know that we need a system that is much more integrated and easier to navigate.And that ultimately the issue of cost-eff ectiveness will be central to having a healthcare
