5、able than in the prior year.Net sales were$375.2 million compared with net sales of$572.3 million for fiscal 2004.For the year,we reported a net loss of$10.4 million,or$0.43 per diluted share,compared with net income of$66.4 million,or$2.73 per diluted share,in fiscal 2004.The reduced revenues and n
