3、ers,The year 2006 marks a watershed in Beldens history,a year when we began our transformation from being a good company to becoming agreat one.It was a year of strong financial performance.Our earnings from continuing operations more than doubled,rising to$1.48 per diluted share.Our revenues increa
4、sed 20.1 percent to$1.5 billion.These results are duenot only to a strong market demand for our products,but also to some fundamental changes we are making in our company.These fundamental changes all flow from what I consider our mostimportant accomplishment of 2006:the creation of a strategic plan
