4、r or senior vice president levels.Assets under management by respondent companies ranged from$500 million to$2.5 trillion or more.Roughly a fourth of companies had assets up to$10 billion.Forty-four percent of firms reported between$10 billion and$100 billion in assets,while the remaining fourth man
