4、shareholders for the six months ended 30 June 2022 amounted to HK$24 million,representing a decrease of HK$6 million or 20%from HK$30 million for the corresponding period in 2021.The decrease in profit for the period under review was mainly due to the adverse impacts on the Groups department store b

5、usiness caused by the local fifth wave of the COVID-19 pandemic,which were partially offset by the wage subsidies from the Governments“Employment Support Scheme”and the rent concessions from certain landlords.Earnings per share were HK 0.8 cent(2021:HK 1.0 cent).The Board has resolved to pay an inte
