3、t state include the following findings.One executive stated“AI adoption in the retail sector is still very much in its infancy.General education and real-world use cases(which are still limited)are critical to garnering retail executive alignment,securing financial resources and hiring required tale
4、nt.”There is no agreement on a clear definition of what AI is at this time as we can see in exhibit 1.Only a little over half of the respondents see it as a catalyst for innovation currently.A similar number believe it is still in the early stages.Others see it as an extension of uses they have alre
