2、 rate of consumers choosing to visit the horeca daily remains stable,peaking on Saturdays,where over half visit between 8 to 10 PM and 1 in 3 during aperitivo hours.Categories Drunk:In comparison to last year,beer and cocktails have experienced the most significant increases in consumption,while no/

3、low-alcohol alternatives and energy drinks have seen declines.For value for money and generating excitement,spirits lead,while beer tops the list for overall quality of service;no/low options follow in all categories,suggesting that the decrease in penetration does not imply a reduction in opportuni

4、ties for the category.Notably,about a third of consumers tried a new drink this August,with half of those sampling a new cocktail.Prognosis for September:Looking ahead to September 4 in 5 consumers plan to dine out,and 2 in 5 intend to go out for drinks.While consumers are more cautious about dining

5、 and spending compared to August last year,the vast majority still intend to go out.SUMMARYDespite economic challenges,the Italian On Premise remains a vibrant destination for consumers to gather and indulge.Sports and cultural events,combined with warmer weather,are drawing crowds back.Ensuring dis
