3、 pictureIn 2017 when TM Forum first began asking CSPs about their adoption of cloud technology,nearly 75%of respondents to our survey reported having less than 10%of their business support systems(BSS)in the cloud.When we asked about operations support systems(OSS)two years later,a scant 4%of respon

4、dents had moved any of their OSS applications to the cloud and a quarter said they never would.Fast forward to 2024:half of CSP respondents to the survey for this report said they have moved at least 50%of OSS/BSS applications to a public or private cloud.And in a finding that surprised us,a third s
