49、l Approach for Digital Business Transformation.”)There are two paths to customer adaptivity.Omdia research shows that most of the organizations surveyed followed the route of updating and modernizing their internal technologies(67%).Only 13%engaged in a customer-focused strategy.The remainder tagged
