3、ing the opinions of office users regarding post-COVID 19 working styles and the role of the office.With the sustainability issues given the highest priority by companies in terms of their actual business activities named as“employee health and wellbeing”(65%)and“human resourcesdevelopment”(50%),the
4、survey results provide the clearest indication yet that businesses have entered an age of human capital management,in which business strategies and human resources strategies are inextricably tied together.The question then arises:in what way are companies investing in human resources to create envi
5、ronments that foster innovation?The results of the survey conducted by CBRE focusing on the issues of“working styles”and“office strategies”can be summarized as below.Work stylesThe current average office attendance rate is 70%.Future assumptions are at the same level,suggesting that office attendanc
