6、how it uses natural resources.Through agricul-ture,forestry waste and algal materials,the United States alone has the potential to produce at least one billion dry tonnes of biomass annually without adverse environmen-tal impact(Exhibit 1).This biomass can be used through-out the economy,changing ho
