5、ponsible business practices.1.1 REPORTING BOUNDARY 匯報範圍This report primarily provides an overview of the Groups operations in Hong Kong and Mainland China for the financial year ended 31 March 2025(“Year”),and describes the ESG values and initiatives of the Group.As Emperor Entertainment Hotel Limit

6、ed(“Emperor E Hotel”)has ceased to become a subsidiary of the Group during the Year,the qualitative and quantitative information of Emperor E Hotel are no longer included in this report.This report sets out the Groups compliance with the mandatory disclosure requirements and its report on the“comply
