MVR 蒸发技术成为产业发展趋势,有望成为下一代蒸发工艺。目前蒸发领域已实现产业化应用的技术包括单效蒸发、多效蒸发、热力蒸汽再压缩 TVR 以及机械蒸汽再压缩 MVR。其中,MVR 蒸发技术能够完全利用二次蒸汽,节能优势最明显。根据公司公告,对于5400kg/h 的氢氧化钠溶液,TVR 蒸发技术对二次蒸汽的回用率为 0.3,能耗为单效蒸发能耗的 78%。而 MVR 蒸发可回用 100%的二次蒸汽,能耗仅为单效蒸发的 23.8%,未来有望实现对传统蒸发器的有效替代。
