锰铁锂材料技术关键在于锰铁比例确定。Mn3+/Mn2+电对高电势可弥补 Fe3+/Fe2+电势较低的缺点,因此锰掺杂比例提升会提升材料容量,但同时也会增加锰的溶出,降低材料充放电过程中的稳定性,影响材料电化学性能,图 8、图 9 显示 LM0.5F0.5P、LM0.6F0.4P 材料的充放电电压平台较平稳,在 3.5V 与 4.0V 左右,当锰铁比达到 73 与 82 时材料极化严重,克容量较低。同时实验观察到锰铁比到达 55 之后再往上提升,材料的循环性能有所下降,0.1C 电流密度下循环 50 圈后 64、73、82(锰铁比)容量保持率分别为 64.6%、64.7%、77.5%,远低于 55 材料的 88.7%。由于锰含量低无法体现 Mn3+/Mn2+电对高电势的优点,因此目前锰铁比研发目标锚定 64 及以上。
