2、管治（ESG）報告（ESG報告），以符合香港聯合交易所有限公司證券上市規則（上市規則）附錄C2所載之規定。本報告概述本集團在可持續發展和社會責任方面的政策實施及績效。報告範圍ESG報告的報告範圍包括本公司及其主要附屬公司。除另有指明外，本報告的環境關鍵績效指標（關鍵績效指標）涵蓋本集團在香港的辦事處的營運，佔本集團近乎全部收入，但不包括在中國的營運，此乃由於中國附屬公司的營運並不重大。本集團主要從事(i)電腦及電子產品貿易業務，(ii)食品貿易業務，(iii)金融服務業務，及(iv)家族辦公室服務業務。ESG報告涵蓋本集團業務及營運於環境及社會責任方面的整體表現、政策及慣例。其遵循載於香港聯交
