5、Change New Philanthropy Capitals 2015 handbook defines systems change in this way:Systems change is an intentional process designed to alter the status quo by shifting thefunction or structure of an identified system with purposeful intervention.Systems change aimsto bring about lasting change by al
6、tering underlying structures and supporting mechanisms thatmake the system operate in a particular way.This can include policies,routines,relationships,resources,power structures,and values.”Simply put,the systems change approach seeks to address the root cause of an issue as opposedto merely drivin
