1、limited resourcestsodilopresidentsmessageFELLOW SHAREHOLDERS,The hard work and accomplishments in this past year have setthe stage for what I believe will be a truly exciting period in theannuals of Tsodilo Resources Limited(“Tsodilo”or the“Company”).The drilling program this past year has shown tha

2、tnot only do we have untold virgin kimberlites but the size of thekimberlites themselves are larger than any previously found inour licence blocks.In the coming year,the following activities are planned or havebeen recently completed:1.A second phase systematic drill program of the A12 and A37kimber

3、lites to define their size and shape,as well as determiningthe relationship of the various kimberlite phases to the cratersediments and to obtain further samples with a higherprobability of carrying diamonds will begin in late August or early September.2.The soil sampling field work is now complete

4、and all samplesare currently at the laboratory for kimberlite indicator mineral(KIM)recovery.A total of 420 samples were collected over 140airborne magnetic anomaly targets within our Newdico andGcwihaba licence blocks.An additional 42 samples werecollected along the Namibia/Botswana border.The KIMr

5、ecovery procedure and analysis will assist us in determiningwhich anomalies we will perform ground magnetic and gravity surveys over,with a view of selecting targets for thedrilling program.3.In addition to detailed gravity surveys to be performed overthose targets selected as a result of the recent

6、 KIM soil sampling,the Company will shortly commence a gravity survey down sections of the Namibian/Botswana border fenceline in our Newdico and Gcwihaba licence blocks.This surveyshould more accurately determine the location of basal Kalaharidrainage lines that are projected back from the Tsumkwe a
