5、Hong Kong,Macau and Mainland China for the financial year ended 30 June 2024(“Year”),and describes the ESG values and initiatives of the Group.This report sets out the Groups compliance with the mandatory disclosure requirements and its report on the“comply or explain”provisions of the ESG Reporting

6、 Guide(“ESG Reporting Guide”)as set out in Appendix C2 to the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited(“Stock Exchange”).It is recommended that this report is read in conjunction with the Companys 2023/24 Annual Report,in particular the Directors Report an
