2、eThe Board of Directors(the“Board”)of Sinco Pharmaceuticals Holdings Limited and all its subsidiaries(collectively referred to as the“Group”or“we”)recognizes the importance of Environmental,Social and Governance(“ESG”)in meeting the changing expectations of stakeholders while enhancing the value and

3、 performance of the Group.Hence the Board,in collaboration with the management,has made the commitment to take full responsibility of assessing and identifying risks associated with ESG,and promote environmentally and socially sustainable culture among employees,thereby maintaining the sustainable g
