4、and Management Discussion and Analysis主席報告以及管理層討論及分析On behalf of the board(the“Board”)of directors(the“Directors”)of AVIC International Holding(HK)Limited(the“Company”),I am pleased to present the annual results of the Company and its subsidiaries(the“Group”)for the year ended 31 December 2020.OVERA

5、LL REVIEW In 2020,the Group recorded revenue of HK$1,246,809,000(2019:HK$1,458,003,000)and gross profit of HK$182,199,000(2019:HK$376,523,000).The Group recorded loss for the year of HK$756,738,000(2019:HK$54,016,000),which was mainly because the general aviation aircraft piston engine business reco

6、rded a loss of HK$749,196,000(2019:HK$20,310,000)for the year as a result of the coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic(the“COVID-19 Pandemic”)and the deteriorated economic environment.Basic loss per share amounted to HK8.13(2019:HK0.58).The return on equity,calculated on the basis of profit/loss attribu
