4、 hereby present you with the 2019 Annual Report of KK Culture Holdings Limited(the“Company”)and its subsidiaries(collectively the“Group”)for the year ended 31 December 2019(“FY2019”).I believe that 2019 is a year of unexpectedness to many Hong Kongers who would have never anticipated such a massive

5、change to the city just a year ago.It has been sent into a whirlpool of social unrest,mistrust and economic turmoil.The economic downturn and the trade dispute between the United States and Peoples Republic of China(“PRC”)has further exacerbated the situation.In fact,the gross domestic product(“GDP”

6、)in Hong Kong started to contract in the second quarter by 0.5%on a quarter-to-quarter basis,followed by a further 3.2%drop in the third quarter.The Hong Kong economy has technically entered into a recession.Very few businesses in Hong Kong are unaffected or even outperformed as the unemployment rat
