4、Holdings Limited(the“Company”)and its subsidiaries(collectively the“Group”)for the year ended 31 December 2020(“FY2020”).2020 is probably the most challenging year for the Company in history.Although the death rate of the Novel Coronavirus(“COVID-19”)is far below the Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrom

5、e(“SARS”)when it outbroke in 2003,this epidemic is highly contagious and spreads throughout the whole world that literally no one single country is exceptional.Many lives were taken away and death tolls are still rising and the world economics has been seriously impacted by this virus.Many countries
