3、All applicants must complete the BIA ROW application and submit the required supporting documents to the local BIA office with jurisdiction over the land the ROW project crosses.When a ROW application package is submitted to the BIA,the BIA will acknowledge receipt of the application and will review

4、 the package.An inventory of the ROW application package will take place to determine any missing or incomplete documents.Incomplete packages will be returned with an explanation as to why the package is incomplete.Please resubmit your ROW application once all edits are made to include any supportin

5、g documents that may have been missing.What we are doing to improve.Currently we are meeting with Federal Agencies,improving the collaboration and coordination for permitting projects.Assisting tribes with information on the permitting process.We are addressing the staffing concerns.Working on updat
