4、ed into a class action.Target settled in 2018,and was required to pay$6 million in damages.In addition,Target agreed to have its website monitored by the NFB for three years,and to train its developer team on WCAG compliance and best practices.In 2012,the National Association for the Deaf(NAD)filed
5、a lawsuit against Netflix.The lawsuit claimed the streaming service had failed to provide closed captioning for most of their movies and shows.“In a society in which business is increasingly conducted online,excluding businesses that sell services through the internet from the ADA(.)would severely f
