伴随新能源汽车对续航能力要求的提高,负极向着高比容量的硅基负极方向发展。高端石墨负极克容量已经达到 365mAh/g,基本接近石墨的理论比容量 372mAh/g,硅的理论比容量为 4200mAh/g,使用硅基负极材料的锂电池在能量密度、续航能力等方面具有显著的比较优势,此外硅还具有脱锂电位相对较低(0.4V)、环境友好、资源丰富等特点,被认为是极具潜力的下一代高能量密度锂离子电池负极材料。目前主要通过与石墨负极材料复合使用,主流掺杂比例在 5%~6%,复合后的可逆容量为 370~420mA·h/g,根据《高能量密度锂离子电池硅基负极材料研究》(陆浩,2019),高镍三元 811(200mAh/g)叠加硅基负极(800mAh/g)相比纯石墨(372mAh/g)电池能量密度从 272Wh/kg 提升至 302Wh/kg,提升幅度 11%。
