从封装方式看,光伏组件可分为单玻组件及双玻组件。单玻组件仅正面接收阳光,背面则有背板保护,主要优点在于重量较轻,人力、运输及其他系统性成本较低,适用于屋顶等分布式场景,但容易产生热膨胀,防护性也弱于双玻组件;双面光伏组件正反两面均能发电,在反射光强的环境发电收益明显更高,并且由于玻璃防护性较背板坚固,使得双玻组件得以被应用于高原与沙漠等极端地区,因此双玻组件往往是大型集中式项目的热门选型。 从技术上来看,作为最可靠、高透、廉价的封装材料,玻璃几乎没有被技术颠覆的风险。TOPCon 组件容易产生水气渗入和腐蚀等问题,并在湿热测试后引发功率衰减,与其他背板材料相比,光伏玻璃优秀的阻水、阻酸性能保证了在 N 型 TOPCon 主流趋势下的不可替代性。中长期看,即使后期主流电池组件技术演绎至 HJT、BC、钙钛矿阶段,在没有兼顾成本及性能的其他背板材料商业化之前,玻璃也很难出现被替代的情况。
