纯电动车动力电池性能对温度敏感(20℃-35℃性能最佳),因此纯电动车热管理系统需要时刻将电池温度控制在适宜温度以提升电池性能。针对电池冷却系统主要分为风冷、液冷和冷媒制冷,其中液冷主要是液冷回路与制冷剂回路并联耦合,通过电池冷却器对冷却液降温,冷却液流经冷却板对电池降温。由于液冷方案可与整车热管理耦合,例如特斯拉利用四通阀将电池冷却回路与电机电控冷却回路耦合,电机电控产生的热量可为电池低温下加热。因此目前电池冷却系统以液冷方案为主。
