一是玻璃的双层镀膜技术。通过在光伏玻璃表面进行减反射膜镀膜可以有效降低光伏玻璃表面的发射率,从而提升光伏组件的光电转换效率(单层减反射镀膜可以提高组件发电功率 2.5%以上)。目前的光伏玻璃常规采用的是运用溶胶凝胶法制备的 SiO2减反射膜,选择 SiO2是因为相较其他材料,二氧化硅的来源丰富、化学性质相对稳定、对环境无污染、且达到理想折射率的孔隙率较小(可较好的实现折射率和机械强度的平衡),而溶胶凝胶法工艺较为成熟且适用于大面积低成本成膜,相较其他镀膜方法(湿法腐蚀、真空镀膜等)更适合在光伏玻璃制膜中应用。
