2、ESG”)report for the year ended 31 March 2025(the“report”),which has been prepared in accordance with ESG Reporting Guide set out in Appendix C2 of Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited(the“Stock Exchange”).The Group has complied with the disclosure requ

3、irements of the“comply or explain”provisions set out in the ESG Reporting Guide.The board of directors of the Company(the“Board”)has overall responsibility for the Groups ESG strategy and reporting.The Board is responsible for evaluating and determining the Groups ESG-related risks and ensuring that

4、 appropriate and effective ESG risk management and internal control systems are in place.REPORTING PERIODThe ESG report illustrates the Groups initiative and performance regarding the environmental and social aspects during the reporting period from 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025(“reporting period”).

5、SCOPE AND BOUNDARYThis ESG report covers the Groups major subsidiaries that principally engaged in trading and catering business in Hong Kong accounting for approximately 98%(2024:98%)of the Groups total revenue for the year ended 31 March 2025.There are change of reporting scope due to cessation of

6、 operation of one of the restaurants and disposal of another restaurant to associated company during the reporting period.Our reporting scope are revisited and discussed by the management team and key stakeholders on a regular basis,to facilitate the assessment and review of the Groups continual ESG
