2、集團由二零二四年一月一日至二零二四年十二月三十一日（報告期 或 二零二四年）在環境、社會及管治（ESG）方面的表現與績效，回應持份者關注。報告範圍除特殊說明外，本報告中的政策、聲明、關鍵績效指標數據等信息涵蓋本集團位於中國內地和香港的投資業務、物業租賃業務及新能源業務（本集團既往不良資產投資和資產管理業務已經全部停止）。本集團持續深化重大ESG課題與日常業務的融合，並按年釐定是否增添披露的科目和深度。在上一年報告的基礎上（惟本報告涵蓋了本集團的新能源業務），本報告對本集團在ESG方面的表現進行梳理和分析，並就相關目標和績效進行了披露。報告準則本報告遵循香港聯合交易所有限公司（聯交所）發佈的 香
