4、n behalf of the Board of Directors of Moody Technology Holdings Limited(the“Company”)and its subsidiaries(collectively the“Group”),I report to shareholders our annual report for the year ended 31 December 2024(the“Year”or“Period”).RESULTSThe Group recorded revenue from continuing operation of approx

5、imately RMB112.7 million for the year ended 31 December 2024,representing a decrease of approximately 11.0%as compared with the revenue from continuing operation of RMB126.7 million for the year ended 31 December 2023.The Groups products experienced a gross profits margin of approximately 8.0%,as co
